Greetings,
I am paying it forward to my Colorado peeps. I just put on a full skid plate set so I’m giving away the oem rubicon factory plates. I also have a baggie of bolts too.
Heres my condition to get this for free… yep free… message me and we can figure up a meet up but I’m only home this...
go under your truck and grab the front driveshaft … it feee spins, so it definitely has to move a bit to engage … yeah I can see a little the fad having a connection issue but I have done this same thing on a previous JkU and it was definitely way better… but each their own right????
I would be definitely taking it to the dealership if it’s a rubicon! If it’s wallowed out and a issue with the electronic swaybar later or now… those are super expensive!!!
I was on the wrangler forum and they have a rule setup on the website that doesn’t allow part post ups on the site until you have made at least 10 posts… just a FYI
Oh and I forgot to mention… I changed out my transfer case atf fluid before installing my skid plates. Yeah yeah I know 25k early but easier access with skid plates all off and I put in Amsoil’s synthetic ATF…. I’m hoping she shifts like butter now.
The queen has been asking for a knight in shining armor… I fell a little short and got her a Metalcloak undercloak skid plate system. She is almost fully armored and she’s a fighting queen. She will get to choose funner lines while playing in the rocks.
ps… changed out her transfer case fluid...
Installed my Metalcloak full skid plates and tightened up a lower control arm bolt that was loose
And…. I updated my 1st post in my build thread… added a mods list…. With more to come this week ;)
Greetings,
I personally have the 3.5 GC lift with dirty life dt1’s that have a 4.5” backspace -12 offset and a 37x12.5r17 ridge grappler. Absolutely no rubbing. I’m currently using 3 pucks and I’m looking to do 40’s next with a simple flat fenders or fender chop. Now I do have a rubicon with...
I’d love too if I was close… I’m all the way up in western North Dakota and traveling to Colorado starting tomorrow morning. It’s close to a 700 mile journey… I haven’t been home for a month.
I ran my cb cable through there… definitely a little tight but there was some extra room… personally I never ever run power cable next to a signal cable ie cb gmrs cables, rca audio cables etc etc… the power can “bleed” over and cause issues. When I ran my power cables for my arb twin under my...
