I have a Willys diesel, and with the cruise on going down the interstate, it will go to 7th on larger hills, (hills, not mtn passes), and Im on stock tires for the moment. So that no searching for gears with 37s is crap....it will go down a gear to keep speed up. And I usually set the cruise...

Did you ever get the belt work completed. Im interested as Im getting a weird acceleration noise that Im thinking is either the tensioner/pulley or the idler pulley. I wanted to know how you went about it. Looks like there is a lower cover to remove, and Im not sure how to remove the upper left...

I looked around, who is makon a catch for the Gladiators? I have one on all my other vehicles. I want it to look like it was factory installed. Ive looked at where i could cut the molded line going to the intake, route to a can, then tie back in but make it a clean install Not all cobbled up

They pulled the cab to replace exhaust manifold? i have a strange noise on the left side i can hear at lower speeds, sounds almost like a belt or idler, but could be exhaust. What kind if noise did you get

You can see the last threads on those bolts right at the end of the threaded collar. Mine are the same on a '22 Willys diesel, so no longer bolts needed. Fully threaded past the attachment collar

Not sure about hurting ourselves but my '22 Willys has 1.5 Teraflex w nothing on rear. Used the longer LCAs from Mopar w it. I have a winch bumper w 12k winch in it and its reasonably level w maybe a half inch down in the front. 33.5's on it looks good
