  1. Track bar adjustment

Height wise- do they measure out the same passenger and driver? I’m curious to see if it goes away once centered.
  2. Soft Shackle Recovery Adapter

My issue with the factory hooks and soft shackles- the radius it puts on the soft shackle is too acute of an angle, increasing the probability of something snapping.
  3. Track bar adjustment

So- is the spring weird? Or is the axle out of center?? If the axle is 1/2” off center to the jeep sticking out the passenger side- the track bar needs to be shortened. Is the shop saying it is perfectly aligned because both front and rear are equally sticking out?? Run a plumb line hanging...
  4. Soft Shackle Recovery Adapter

Link for those interested https://brennans-garage.com/products/soft-shackle-receiver-adapter I like this for its size. I’m sure the probability of failure is low, though i wonder why this company hasn’t had anything certified/stamped. (Not seeing any wll or other indicators on their site.-...
  5. LED Light Suggestions....

? is that a square back I spy in the background??? We have wanted one for a long time! Drop a 1.9 tdi in ??
  6. New to the gladiator, not to jeeps

Is your concern with the tpms? I can only speak for OEM sensors. (Swapped wheels and tires with a buy back jeep and liked the black wheels better…) Both jeeps picked up the new sensors as soon as they were turned on. So whatever set of wheels you get for the larger tires- I’d stick factory...
  7. Ecodiesel power derating as temps rise?

Have you considered water injection or water methanol injection? AFE makes a replacement pipe with a port that would be all too easy to hook into. https://afepower.com/afe-power-46-20434-b-bladerunner-aluminum-hot-and-cold-charge-pipe-kit-black
  8. Transmission issues Poll

Thank you for taking the time to not only read, but contribute absolutely nothing. My agenda? Frankly to weigh out if I am keeping our JTRD or JLRD. We have already had a JT 3.6 purchased back by FCA for misfire issues. Constantly reading misfire issues, catastrophic cam and rocker issues...
  9. Recommended Lug nuts for Method wheels

??‍♂️ All the method lug nuts we have run use a fancy design. they come with a key to adapt to socket.
  10. Recommended Lug nuts for Method wheels

Is method no longer selling their proprietary lug nuts anymore? We ran them with our SXS race vehicle in DP4…. Broken rims in half…. Nuts stayed on! ?? (broken rim had zero to do with quality etc. and everything to do with speed and huge rocks camouflaged by dust…)
  11. Ecodiesel power derating as temps rise?

Anyone a tech and have info/diagram for what these are, were, etc. curious of flow- is one an in and one an out? What oil cooler are you running? - 10* might be enough to keep it from de rating!
  12. 2021 Jeep Gladiator Diesel 3.0 horrible MPG

The fuel tank is small… we usually get 400 miles per tank in town and 460/470 miles per tank on the highway. Calibrate the Speedo- I missed a post. Guessing jumped to 37” tires? I would still expect 350mpt in own and 390-400 on highway.
  13. 2021 Jeep Gladiator Diesel 3.0 horrible MPG

If you aren’t- and I’m sure some will argue this… I run a diesel additive Hot Shot's Secret Everyday Diesel Treatment 16 Ounce Squeeze Bottle (HSSEDT16ZS) https://a.co/d/0Y1R550 I run 1-2oz of this when I’m at the pump for a fill up. Helps put a lubrication property back in the fuel for the...
  14. We installed 4.88s from a 4.10. (37” tire). Review, tips, and notes inside!

Great news. Beats ordering a new set and going one by one in the Jeep! ???
  15. Transmission issues Poll

It’s a game of numbers already. It’s assumed if you are in the forum and didn’t select that you had/have an issue. Everything is fine.
  16. We installed 4.88s from a 4.10. (37” tire). Review, tips, and notes inside!

You don’t necessarily have to pull the carrier to pull the ring gear bolts out one by one and apply. The photos I put up were from my JK…. ?? More beer and BSing was commencing upon reassembly than should have been…. Couple thousand miles in felt/found this. It’s worth the extra time and...
  17. Transmission issues Poll

July 2022- reading an increased number of transmission issues. If you HAVE HAD AN ISSUE select the transmission, and then please leave a post with the following: Gas motor or Diesel Transmission model Mileage when issues started Mileage of failure FCA notes Symptoms Please try to keep this...
  18. Transmission needs to be replaced at 32k miles

Now that I haven’t read! So that will make data collection a little more fun. 2020 gas motors came originally with the 8HP75? And I’m assuming later changed to the 850re….. Well great. I’m sure most folks didn’t keep their window sticker to recall what their earlier models came with to note...
  19. Transmission needs to be replaced at 32k miles

They are “the same” but different…. The power that they can hold is set at differnt levels. Later today if I get the chance I’ll come back and edit this with a few links to some reading. I was curious why if they had the same ratios build a separate transmission…. Turns out this transmission in...
  20. 2021 Jeep Gladiator Diesel 3.0 horrible MPG

Can you drop some more info? How many miles? Do you use fuel additives? Do you consistently fill up at the same gas station? Do you drain the water fuel separator? My vote is on the tsb for def consumption…. But my gut is telling me you picked up a crappy tank of fuel somewhere…. Auto Log Book...
