BESTOP absolutely has rear covers.. i have had them in my JT for 6+months now.. they took longer to release them for non-leather but i got them as soon as they released them and havent looked back since.. i love them
the back window will roll without an issue then the straps hold it in place but honestly its a huge pain. i actually took a piece of 2" pvc pipe and that helps to roll the window the window will roll both the long way and the short way FYI without any damage.

That sounds like a massive rip off.. unless your putting bigger tires there is no need for reprogram.. even so people have found the lift for $900-1250. Install shouldn’t be more than $400 so max you should be looking at is $1700 out the door.
It’s my understanding it’s impossible to lock your key fob in the vehicle. Supposedly the computer can see it and it won’t let you lock the doors.

That cover is only supposed to be for shipping. If your Jeep came with the soft top installed you won’t have it. But if you got soft top separate you will have one. I use it when I put the soft top away for the winter
The straps are DEFINITELY for the back window (I have seen instructions for it). They snap in then you roll the back window up (while keeping the top track in) and the go around the window so you can have “safari” mode. I have done it several time now issues.
