Pics without cover or bracket ..beautiful! Mopar cold air intake also beautiful and dry filter. Also no stupid prop rod beautiful!
Jack, also beautiful!!
I also have two with brackets if anyone needs them, also the Gladiator engine has no wiring at all under the cover and only two plastic tubes, which don’t really need the rear bracket to hold the tube in place. We don’t notice any difference but I will tell you it is surprising how much it...
I did my first at 1,000 miles, yes old school, and it can't hurt for the first to be early and rest will be around 5,000. using Jeep wave free ones....Jack
I have a different story on white Jeeps be it JL or JT. White is the only no extra cost color now, everything else is extra so White Jeeps are “Cheap Jeep Seats” say that fast three times, I can’t!
It still annoys me that my Hydro blue was $245 extra over a bunch of colors one year and next...
Wow, that's a old two door Tahoe pretty short wheelbase, owners of house have a three car garage, but can't put the Vette in it, or a whole lot of cars. I agree poor planning, of couse they did plan the forty foot grass space between the sidewalk and street, instead of making driveway less...
Nope, there are brackets that fasten to the frame and the rails, and some hardware identical to what you can see in the Bestop instructions. As long as he gives you the four pieces and hardware associated with it you are good. I bought a pair of step rails cheap from Benny at Moparparts.com, but...
I put factory bed sliders with Moto-Built frame brackets on my Mojave, it is a bolt up job and they all require trimming the rear bumper. The trimming is where we see how good a fabricator a person is, I trimmed mine with a razor blade knife and have a very close even fit not requiring a plastic...
Tough question, your "which one of us is an idiot?" I honestly have to answer I am , my wife tell's me I'm an idiot all the time, I'm not real smart but I think that makes me an idiot.
Now driving into a parking garage in a Jeep with bikes on top is a MORON, I'm an idiot but no moron, yet....jack
I have slept in the bed twice, with tailgate up and hatch pulled closed, I'm 5'11" but always sleep in a fetal position anyway. Wife is 5', she would fit fine if we had to sleep in back, but like I said she is not on board as sleeping in the bed to support turkey hunting and surf fishing is a...
The plastic front bumper Rubicon and Mojave are the same skid plate, and I put a Rubicon plastic bumper skid plate on wife’s JL, perfect fit and about the same weight or less then the pile of plastic and metal they cone with.
Good deal! GLWS
Most all of us drive a lot more on road, some do beach driving, some do forest roads, some don’t do anything remotely called off road, but we all wanna have the look, and really they all have the look coming from factory. I went Mojave after testing an Overland, Rubicon and Mojave same day, then...
Steering box might need the TSB for replacement and the selectrac auto transfer case $650 option is why I waited to order a 2021…..Jack
Edit: Oops not quick enough on typing!
Sorry bud, nothing yet, plan to do it over winter when it is cold. Heard it is cold in Pa. , I have been on Vieques Island for a while , driving a beat Jk rental with 91,000 on it ,all kind of dash lights lite up, can’t put more then half a tank in or gas smell is terrible, but damn if it...
Hey Dave congrats on the new Ruby coming. All three canopies are great designs, I went with the RSI, and was told weight was about 170 pounds and shipping weight was over two hundred, my son in law and I picked it up off floor and set it on sawhorses, we did not pick up over two hundred pounds...
Curt hitch fits Mojave, but requires about a 4”X 6” square hole cut in skid plate,( I spent hours trying to get a tight fit and consider myself a good fabricator, but it just had to swing in place)skid plate is probably stronger after cutting as it rests solidly against the curt mount. Had to...
I'd throw a nut on it, drive around and see if the "clunk" is gone, then have dealer put factory nut on it, they should not beat you up on warranty if you put the nut back on to make it to dealer. If the clunk is not gone then they can fix the nut and find clunk........Jack
Dan, why get a winch if you are not really going to use it, save the money and weight on front end and spend it on a real nice upgraded front bumper without the winch, have a couple good tow straps and recovery gear to help the occansional stuck truck.
Being HONEST, I have to admit that getting...
