My 35X12.50 R 17 Goodyear Wrangler Ultraterrains are only 33.75, and the height at the rear of my OEM hardtop is 75" with the Mopar 2" lift. I assume you should factor in the real tire height. There is a lot of variation.

They are at least partly green if you have rooftop solar.
