The rear mats don’t fit if you have the storage bins under your rear seats. The flap that goes under the JL rear seat has no spot to sit in a JT with the bins installed. I assume without the bins they will fit fine.
Glad to see I am not the only one with a Jeep problem (which I prefer to call a passion). Here is my list:
1989 YJ Wrangler
1997 TJ Wrangler
1972 CJ-5
2000 Cherokee
Another 1997 TJ Wrangler
2004 Grand Cherokee
2008 Wrangler Unlimited
2012 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon
2004 TJ Rubicon
2015 Wrangler...
Anyone seen an AEV front bumper made for a JK installed successfully on a JL or JT? Looks like most JK bumpers work. Wondering how it will look with the JT Rubicon fenders.
yes anytime the brakes are applied the brake lights turn on. Would be dangerous if they didn’t turn on. In reality that seems to annoy others around me as the Jeep does respond aggressively with both acceleration and braking and the lights turn on frequently in traffic. More often that expected...
I think the confusion is when you stated this:
“Keep in mind the Gladiator is competing against the ZR2 rolling on a 35" tire also.”
Just trying to do a good comparison.
The Rubi suspension likely won’t result in much change in height of any at all. The Rubi allows for bigger tires due to the fenders not the suspension. But the 1.5” leveling kit will help with height to add bigger tires. You should be able to fit 35s under it due to the leveling kit. What are...
I am willing to drive a bit to find one. I am in Northern VA and want the factory steel front bumper. Let me know if you have one. I am also willing to give you my stock bumper in exchange and will do the install. Let me know how much cash you want.
Your other option is to add a new head unit with XM. You can get a very nice system for a few hundred dollars that has everything and with the right adapters it ties into the Jeep system including steering wheel controls.
That’s true. You would need service on your phone. I guess I am spoiled as I live in Northern Virginia and don’t have don’t experience a lack of cell service. But may help some when you do have service.
All XM subscriptions now come with streaming on your mobile device. Maybe not quite as integrated as you want but you can just stream it. Do you have CarPlay? If so, you can control XM streaming through CarPlay.
Funny, I just asked the same question. I second this ask, anyone have any specific additional skids needed for playing in the rocks with the Gladiator?
