  1. đźš™ YOUR Dream Wrangler or Gladiator

4.0 TDI with the ZFhp90, D60/80 with 4.56 and a option for 4.88's. 38's std with liner deletes. NO elect steering give us a real steering pump. BIG radiator, engine and trans oil cooler.
  2. Trans coolers

Every single trans in every truck car etc has a system, usually rad fluid to heat the trans fluid to normal operating temps. Then the trans fluid goes to a air to fluid cooler. As shown 220*+ isn't normal or recommended. I want the largest best cooler I can fit to maintain 200* or lower under...
  3. Trans coolers

I'm looking at 2 different ones, the CSF, #8344 34% Larger Core Volume and 68% more Fluid Volume and the Mishimoto, MMTC-JL-18SL 93% increase in external tube area and 32% overall fin area . The info they provide doesn't allow comparison so who knows witch one will provide the most cooling...

  6. CSF #8344 Transmission Oil Cooler - Looking for feedback

Good friend of mine builds the strongest Ford trans made to handle way over 1000ftlbs. I've sold doz's of his trans and have ran them for over 100k miles pushing 500+HP and over 1000ftlbs at the tires. My recommendations are based on what he recommends . Operating temperatures directly...
  7. EVO Double Throwdown

I'd check out https://www.instagram.com/liberty_mtn_fab/ And https://www.instagram.com/baja_dynamics_/ I have had both do custom builds for me.
  8. EVO Double Throwdown

Well flame away but the double throw down system IMO is junk..Good friends of mine, one of the best shock tuners and a custom Offroad shop build Jeeps and KOH level builds. Both think the system is a joke.
  9. CSF #8344 Transmission Oil Cooler - Looking for feedback

Check this out. Based on the video your jeep has a new thermostat so its not the problem. I'm planing on ordering the Radiator and trans cooler this week and install all along with a trans oil change. Ideally trans should never get over 180* but the trans cooler even this CSX one likely...
  10. Alu-Cab Canopy Camper Roll Call

Its a Whale heater https://vancafe.com/whale-heat-air-space-heater-gtr10-kit/?searchid=2879378&search_query=whale I chose this as its compact, uses very little fuel, doesn't stink, QUITE, modulating burner, works to -4* and a great featured thermostat. I mounted it inside a Goose Gear cabinet...
  11. Exhaust ideas for very custom setup

You may want to try a frequency analyzer phone app then https://exhaust.contact/article/banish-the-drone-j-pipe-length-calculator.html to install a J-pipe/ Helmholtz resonator to the exhaust system. I did this to my LS JK and it helped.
  12. K&N cold air intake

Well I have worked/built countless 7.3/6.0 Powerstrokes and every one that had a K&N had silica in the intake tube to the turbo and showed dusting of the turbo impeller. I also have a background in clean room HVAC design so I understand making air clean. K&N's are junk.
  13. CSF radiator and transmission cooler install….diesel

Has anyone used the 190* stat without a tune? Winter use issues?
  14. Pinon offset

Offset from center, I think the rear is 4" to the passenger. Front 9.5" towards driver? Need to compare to some 1 tons.
  15. Looking for a quite 38"/40" tire

I live in Nevada so mud isn't a issue besides I try hard to never get near it. Desert yep the Vegas to Reno race go's through my valley. Trails light crawling like Sourgrass trail. I'd done Rubicon etc many times in other Jeeps but won't take this one on that level of trail. Snow yep we get snow...
  16. Just got back from a 4200 mile road trip out West with my EcoDiesel

I'd love to delete mine but cannot stand the smell, build doz's of modded 7.3 power-strokes and you can make 500+HP get great mpg's and run clean except startup and the smell. My stuff if inside my shop and when your start it it stinks up the shop for hours. If their was a way to just have def...
  17. Looking for a quite 38"/40" tire

Interesting tire, wish they would have full specs on their website.
  18. Looking for a quite 38"/40" tire

Lots of street driving as its my DD but its build to go off-road. I will go with Trail Grapplers as they are not to bad but would like quieter tire if possible.
