Question, Have you or anyone out there upgraded your mattresses in the family camper in any way? I am thinking to upgrade the family camper mattresses to either Hest or Froli system.

We have changed out the mattress. We went to the Hest HQ in Seattle And they were nice enough to let us try any combination of panel sizes they had but nothing fit right. We ended up getting a custom set made by Roam Rest and they have been absolutely amazing. Part of the old mattress foam is now the bench cushions haha

I was also considering doing just that. Driving to Hest HQ. I am located close just acrross the sound to Seattle. But judging from sizing out what they have in stock and measuring interior of camper I do not think Hest will work. I will look into Roam Rest. Very much appreciate the help. Thanks.

Mosquito tent done:

Big enough for two people to sit comfortably at a table and eat or just relax. Set up is about 3 or 4 minutes for one person.

It's home made. My wife made it from ripstop nylon and midge proof netting.

We camped on top of a mountain above Deadwood last night and had a mountain lion visit. We never saw it but heard it calling for over an hour.

Where did you cut? How is exhaust routed? etc.

I chose this as its compact, uses very little fuel, doesn't stink, QUITE, modulating burner, works to -4* and a great featured thermostat.

I mounted it inside a Goose Gear cabinet in lieu of a drawer. Ran the intake air and exhaust through the bed.

I still need to cover the Inverter area with a panel and make a removable panel for the battery area.
