funny I traded my Gladiator for a 2017 F150 as I put a deposit on a new Bronco. Was intent on trying to get the most out of the Gladiator. Luckily with 12K miles on it I got 44000 in November. ( Dealer still has it on his lot) When I drove the 6.2 Trail Boss I fell in love, that was 30 day s ago...
it will get made, no doubt about that, I see a $10K premium on the engine, but in order for them to make the most money, it will be only available on one loaded with options. Hence, pushing $80 grand.
I can say from a new JL I had I was going to replace the stabilizer with a fox unit. Bone stock Jeep with 40 miles, didnt have the right tool to get the new one on after I took the old one off, tried to drive the 2 miles from work to house. Without a stabilizer I had death wobble 4 or 5 times...
I would try and bring back to stock as soon as possible. If you have to get a hold of the device manufacturer to see how to do it, do it. Be as nice as you can to service advisor, contact service manager and do the same. If you haven't been a dick to those people they will almost assuredly not...
Just drove my buddies new Tacoma, I thought I lost his keyfob he gave me because I couldn't feel it in my pocket it was so small. I absolutely hate our big keyfob, its ludicrous. Maybe copy the Tacoma's design, he had all the bells and whistles too.
Got "rid" of a 2018 Lariat, truck was not junk, ventilated seats are great, 3.5 turbo great power, lots of room for my 6ft3 body, but love Jeeps and made some hard choices. Probably get rid of Gladiator for a new Bronco, I get bored easily with cars.
Love my JT, loved my F150 with the 2.7 Ecoboost, so I am in line for a Bronco with the 2.7 it will be killer. If Jeep did this, I would look away from a Ford, and opt for an actual V8 in a Jeep....PLEASE!!!
I wanted a set of these, got on the list in March, neve rheard back on what I was suppose to do, now I get on website you are sold out, how long before you will have product again? Thanks Frank
I did that on my JL and while it moved the seat back to prevent my knee from hitting the lever, my head hit the soundbar, so on my Gladiator, I am looking to move the lever a couple of inches inward toward the transmission lever.
2020 Gladiator
Trying to figure out if anyone has relocated their transfer case lever to prevent it from hitting their knee while driving? The B&M lever looks like it moves it closer to the driver. I am taller and trying to move it away form my knee? Thanks!
The Jeep you want will be worth 35K once you drive it off the lot. Invoice is most likely 40500ish. You are paying 54K for it with your 3K down. My math shows you are now upside down by 22K, if, God forbid, something happens and you need to bail on the Jeep. You will be upside down for a VERY...
Patagonia 37's, still trying to decide on a tuner, or Procal. Liked the Procal I had with the JK I had, but the new one from AEV doesnt have the same features. Waiting for Metalcloak lift, and a shock option. Venomrex wheels.
The following is my Google review from recent Gladiator I picked up.
If I could tweak anything about the buying experience I wouldn't know what it would be. Spencer and Cathy were great start to finish. Not sure how an owner has time to personally answer emails with the speed and efficiency...
