Quick update for those interested. Did the 2" lift with 37" and looks great. Took me longer than planned, but that's on me. Instructions were great. Had some issues with the ProCal but the company was very helpful. All great now, especially since the Jeep TSB repaired my steering issue.
I'm also looking at the same lift for my 6mt sport. Seems to be reasonably priced $450 with tuner. Definitely is a true 2" lift (2" spacer front + 2" spacer rear). My local 4x4 shop recommended aev and rough country over other lifts. But i can't find much info or anyone with personal...
5 days into owning my 6MT Manual Sport S and need to go bigger tires and lift. Searching for forum for anyone with experience with 35s or 37s with the 3.73 gears. I really want 37x17 and I plan to re-gear eventually, so my question is more "short term". Thoughts on tire size???
Considering a Sports S with base 5.0 screen. The 7.0” upgrade $995 also forces the ‘convenience pkg’ for $595. For a total $1590... That’s enough for wheels/tires.
I basically only steam music and maps via my iPhone. What else am I missing by not upgrading???
Huge fan of the Land Rover Defender 130 Crew Cab and one the reasons I love the look of the Gladiator. How cool would it be if someone made an integrated / removable fiberglass 3pc “hard-top corners and rear window” while keeping the factory soft top section.
Two interesting items on page 16:
“Diff cover for Dana 66” - ok.. why? Is there a potential for upgraded axles on future models
- “E locket harness kit” - again, will there be an optional electronic locker on non-Rubi models?
Wait, what’s the “GLAD MOJA” (JTJH98/23D/24D)? Is Jeep already coming out with a Mojave Special Edition like wrangler had in 2011? Where did you pull this screenshot from?
Also following this thread as i'll need to justify a residential plow. I currently plow with my ATV but my property is much too large and will need to upgrade. Those of you with plowing experience can maybe help me out? I'm still undecided between the SportSMaxTow and Rubicon yet because I...
Interesting FCA press release as this implies that the 3.0L diesel will be for European customers.... sad for US/Canada if true.
Advanced fuel-efficient powertrains including a 3.6-litre, 285-hp Pentastar V-6 engine available in markets outside Europe and a 3.0-litre, 260-hp EcoDiesel V-6 for...
I had posted this elsewhere, but thought the MT club would find this interesting. Jeep Brand Manager explains (at 10min30sec) that "You can tow up to 6,000lb” with manual trans....
