  1. Alaska

This is the latest iteration. About to break 70k miles since i got my JT, 09/2019. Winter has been pretty brutal this season. Lots of snow and a really long cold snap in - (negative) territory for a couple weeks straight. Finally finished my build; took longer than expected due to some stuff...

  3. Show us what camper you're towing with your JT

2018 or is it 2019 RPOD 182G. I will need to make some changes to the WDH hitch, now that i'm on 37" tires and 3.5" lift.
  4. 2021 Gladiator Rubicon re-gear to 4.88s?

i ran 4.88's on mine and still do on 35" soon to be 37" tires. wouldn't trust the dealer to regear, find you a local offroad shop and get some honest reviews before committing to any work. You''ll also need something like a Taser to program the speedo and gear ratio. I off road and tow a 3200#...
  5. Buyers remorse but trim not Jeep.

This... i bought a 2020 overland back in late 2019. with upgrades as I gained offroading experience, i've ended up with better quality components and a setup just as good or better than a rubicon or mojave.
  6. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS]

I recently got a call from the dealer that i bought my JT from asking if i wanted to trade it in for a newer model.... I'm like hell no; no way am i starting over, even with a good discount. plus ,I take mine offroad nowadays without a second thought. Babying it because it's new... don't want...

Hope so... It'll be interesting to see how the front gears hold up. I'm on my 3rd set of rear yukon gears and it's a Dana44. I'm not that hard core when i'm wheeling, just unlucky i guess.

Teraflex Tera30.... beefy, size of the ring and pinion though has me wondering if i won't regret it. a replacement mopar is 5 1/2 week wait, and shop gave me a good deal since he had it in stock that included an eaton elocker and 4.88 gears. Patience is not one of my virtues.

pothole on a snow covered road... going about 45mph... luckily didn't totally lose control and go off the road. broke my steering stabilizer and passenger side axle housing about 6 degrees bent back and up. My steering wheel was a full quarter turn off to the left.
  11. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS]

Bent my front axle recently and discovered there was a 5 1/2 week backorder on mopar axles. Shop i go to had a Teraflex Tera30 axle in-stock and with the deal he gave me ended up with a eaton elocker as well. Hope i don't regret it in the future, but this axle is heavy duty...

  15. Alaska Daily Drivers: Hydro Blue 80A and Bright White JTR

Of the 3 years with my JT here in Alaska, I've never had any issues with the headlights and snow. Keeping them clean during spring breakup, well doesn't have to be spring anymore, is something i do anytime i fill up gas.
  16. 2024 ????

My friend just bought a wrangler with the v6 pentastar with etorque... curious why that isn't available for the JT's?

  18. Alaska Daily Drivers: Hydro Blue 80A and Bright White JTR

Definitely was a wet summer at the end. I was done with my treatments, and was feeling much better. I decided to take a week vacation in september to take out the rpod, but as you noted, it was raining. I decided to just stay home; it wasn't worth de-winterizing. It has been an active wheeling...
  19. Alaska Daily Drivers: Hydro Blue 80A and Bright White JTR

Nice JT. I went with the Clayton 3.5" Overland + on mine. My poor Jeep is definitely getting beat up over the 3 years of owning it. I'm definitely looking forward to summer this year. For some reason, this winter has been kinda brutal. Plus last summer was a bust for me; I couldn't do much due...
