  1. Tow, or be towed?

That is the question. Or haul? Questions like these are why I love owning a Gladiator. Today, I choose Tow.
  2. Dealer issues with 35" tires

Not mine, a good friend. He just bought a 2021 Sport S Max Tow at a dealer in a neighboring town. Ordered some wheels and 35" tires. On the way to the tire shop, his JT threw two codes. UO418 faulty brake system control module, and UO415 invalid data anti lock brake system control module. Still...
  3. Flat towing JTR with 37" tires

Check ✔. Doesn't feel any different from last years 35's. Camping season is a go.
  4. WA, Little Naches area with a JT

I've been wheeling this area for years and recently sold my TJ and bought a JTR. It's huge. I am just curious what trails you have taken your JT on. Post any pictures if you have them. Last year, we just cleaned up some camping areas during the Covid cancelled Pick up a Mountain weekend. This...
  5. Dealership advertising on your Jeep.

This has always bothered me. Does it bother anyone else? Not just on Jeeps but all vehicles. License plate frames are one thing, but a sticker or plaque on the vehicle? No thanks. I was lucky enough to catch mine on the lot before they tramp stamped it. I informed them what I would charge them...
  6. Please help with JL mini

Any suggestions appreciated. Plugged in JL mini. Got the light on the module. Run not start. Went to audio screen. Then nothing. No marry, menu, nothing. Dead in the water before I really got started! TIA
  7. Winch disconnect switch

Are you using one? What are you using? Where did you buy it? Where did you mount it? A lot of questions. I have always run my winches constant hot, directly connected to the battery, including my current winch on the JT. I have never had a problem. But I am thinking a disconnect switch would be...
  8. 2020 Bright White fleet reduction project

Thought I would post a thread to track my progress so far. Story: I bought a 2004 TJ almost new to flat tow behind our previous motorhome back in 06. The offroad bug hit me and I built it up to where it would go almost anywhere, but I didn't want to flat tow it anymore. Axle swaps, gears...
  9. Depression sets in? Heck no!

It's that time of year. Winterized RV, boat, and blew out sprinkler system. And all that ^ means it's snow wheeling season! I can't wait to see what the Gladiator can do. How will it do atop of many feet of snow? It's a lot heavier than the old TJ.
  10. Lets see the spacer lifts

We know..."get a real lift". But for those of us that have opted for a spacer lift, post what you got. I've spent a ton of money on full blown lifts on my two previous Jeeps. But for now, I'm happy with my spacers on the Gladiator. 1.5" Teraflex front, .75" Daystar rear, 35" tires.
  11. Hitch tighteners and flat towing.

A must have, IMO. Especially using a height adjustment hitch for lifted Jeeps. That results in a lot of play/movement X2. Get two! No play, no movement, and no more clunking on and off the gas and at starts and stops.
  12. Camping with your Gladiator

Lets see your camping pictures. I know. Many don't call this camping. First flat tow with it this weekend. It pulled perfect. Might even consider downsizing to a tent trailer, R-pod, or ?
  13. 20 inch Fails

    Not mine.
  14. Tailgate hump and tonneau cover

I have the Tyger tri-fold soft cover. Love it, and the included brackets for the factory trail rail system. BUT, it is straight at the tailgate, and the tailgate has a slight hump in it. So, the rear corners look a little wonky to me. I slid the cover as far forward as I could, which helped a...
  15. What did you do before your license plates arrived?

The Gladiator is my 3rd Jeep, but it's the same disease! I installed JL Rubi wheels and 315 Patagonias off the traded JK, Tyger tonneau cover, Teraflex 1.5" front, Daystar 3/4" rear spacers. Arcus bumper, Warn VR, and Maximus-3 towbar loops. Wheels ordered, but the license plates will arrive...
  16. Lift/tires vs standard garage opening

My TJ fit with 4.25" lift and 35's. My JK fit with 4" lift and 35's. Both barely. Plans are Mopar 2" with 37's for the new JTR. Hopefully....If it will fit. Does your lifted Gladiator fit through your garage door? Thank you! Lift, size, and pics would be great. Everyone loves pics.
  17. Door open=Parking brake on

Is there a way to disable this feature? Long time multiple Jeep owner getting used to this new Gladiator. Entering my garage, once the Jeep doors are past the garage door, I have always opened the Jeep door and park the rear tires on a pre-determined mark on the floor to give me as much room...
