I had a similar issue with my 2020. It would go off randomly, day and night- very annoying. Turned out to be the way the alarm system was tapped into the wires.

Mine looked the same, and I questioned it as well. I figured I could replace them later if it caused anything weird. I totally forgot about it until now. My springs are settled in now and seem perfectly fine. You shouldn't have a problem. Not sure about the Metalcloak isolators.
Added bed lights (mounted under trail rails). Had to trim a bit off each side. Tapped into 12 V and ground wire on a Curt 7 pin trailer harness adapter from a prior lighting project.
On/off switch.
Thanks to other members who did the upgrade, I bought the kit from Amazon...
I think you'll be happy either way. I think the design BRP has is a great balance of adding bass while retaining some cargo space. If you design and build your own, it may not necessarily save you tons of money, but you'll have fun spending time making your own.
They sell just the box (no speaker, no amp) as well.

I made my own DIY enclosure with a 10" shallow mount subwoofer. I experimented with sealed, but the volume is too small. I ported it to the passenger side. I still have quite a bit of cargo space on the 60 split side (passenger side).
Installed a J&L oil separator can. Much easier to install than I anticipated. Hardest part was removing the original semi-rigid tubing, which had to be snaked out. J&L did a really nice job of providing just the right length of hoses, end fittings, and a mounting bracket.
I saw this on Amazon...
Mine did the exact same thing. Turned out to be a bad crank (main battery). Voltage was fine, but I tested it with a cheap Amazon battery tester- not multimeter, but a tester that applies a small load.

I've been pretty happy with this one from Amazon. Price is reasonable, and I've used it so many times.

I did the same upgrade a couple years ago. I tried a small saw and a hot knife. Both were too messy for me- fumes and pieces everywhere. For me, the easiest was a sharp box cutter (utility knife) and a little bit of elbow grease. I used a new blade (switched ends) for each side. It was much...
Don at @pixeldecals hooked me up a few years ago. I'm impressed how well it has stayed on over the years baking in the SoCal sun, drive through car washes, pressure washes, etc.
Rotated my tires today. I used the Trac Tire Jack. Originally, I regretted buying it (expensive), but I learned I wasn't using it right. If you use the tool to get some leverage to jack and tilt the tire to get it on a stud or two, it works great. The roller wheel is simply a fulcrum. Now, I...
I used the Metra housings, which can take 6" to 6.75" speakers. I went with Alpine speakers, but there are so many more options. I'm very happy with my setup. I did learn after the installation that two way speakers for the knee panels are useless, at least for my "premium" sound system. The...
At least they gave me a decent loaner/rental while my JT is in the shop. I suppose they are trying to lure me into trading in or buying another Jeep. Nope, not gonna happen. Nice Wrangler 4XE though.
Good question. Aluminum was high (at least compared the the avg values), but copper, tin, and lead were ok. Iron was high. I highlighted the "high" values to them, so hopefully, they inspect other stuff while they have the "patient open." The SA said the service tech is one of their best, and if...
Yes, somewhat relieved that they found the culprit (at least A culprit). I'm kind of disappointed with the last dealership who said there was nothing wrong and that I have an overly sensitive nose. I almost want to go back to say "I told you so." I hope they look at the other components, as you...
