“Action Needed” help with radio screen

Can someone tell me what this screen is informing me is about to expire?
Bought my Gladiator as a dealer lease with 5000 miles on it . Never signed up for anything and was not given much instruction about anything when I purchased it.

its the sirius radio/uconnect stuff

Sirius should be good . I had my subscription transferred over when I bought it.
Never got any information from the dealer about uconnect.
is it something worth keeping?

It's the Sirius Guardian - nothing to do with UCONNECT or the Sirius radio.
Log into your MOPAR account and you can check the status of everything there.
