@Tecbaba sent one of these to me as a "Thank you"..... Well, Thank you Forum Sponsor, @Tecbaba, for the product you sent me and for being a Forum Sponsor.

To be honest I, as other's here, have always felt the JT/JL should have a removable center cup holder.

A cup holder you could use, have accidental soda and coffee spills into it and then you'd easily remove the cup holder to clean it.

As we all know the JT/JL cup holder cannot be removed... We've actually have had forum member's try to remove it to clean after a spill and well, they did lots of damage doing so and it cost them plenty of time and $ to replace the damaged cup holder..

Anyway, I did not think much of it when @Tecbaba said they would send me their silicone material, Cup Holder offering. I figured it would look so so and well, I probably would not install. WELL, was I wrong.

The product showed up today and it just plugs right into the cup holder... takes 10 seconds to install... Just as easy as that. Looks factory.

YES, YES, a keeper for me.
Top notch offering from this forum sponsor. And yes, it is worth the $ they are asking for it. After seeing the offering I'd pay it..

Note: The Cup Holder insert does cover up the faint LED light you have coming from the bottom of the cup holder. No big deal to me, it is well worth the trade off to have a removable, cleanable Cup Holder Insert.

Pictures don't do it justice...

When I go to Amazon I see the big cutouts in the sides of the insert. How in the heck is that to contain spills? If you slop from the top of your drink I can see it just going out those side holes rather than collect in the tiny pool area at the bottom. Says "contains minor spills". Yeah, I guess they need to be pretty minor. I still see we'd still have to clean the OE cupholder.

My thoughts also.

I never had issues with spillage in my cup holders,
And what little may spill are never a problem to clean.

I donโ€™t see the need either. I wish one was slightly bigger and could fit my gym water bottles, but other than that Iโ€™m happy with them.

Not something I see the need for. My specific water bottles fit perfectly and I rarely drink anything but water inside my Jeep.
My thoughts exactly.
I use an "interior detailer/cleaner and a microfiber and I'm done.
