This task is mine and mine alone..... I love to clean the Jeeps (22 Gladdy/24 JL Sahara). i use chemical guys products. They are the best I have found. No or limited touch car washes in the winter.

When it's time to wash vehicles I do mine motorcycles and she does hers. With the extremely dry climate here we work together for the 4-wheeled vehicles so the soap doesn't dry on the paint.

I’m the only guy out of the two of us who keeps The Glad clean. With the help of a Radiant Car Wash unlimited monthly subscription. That uses a ceramic coating that’s amazing, helping my own yearly application to last, on all surfaces, with just the rain rinsing most soils off. They have micro cloth towels, amazing industrial strength vacuuming, unlimited glass cleaner, pre-soak area, plus high pressure air hoses to help get water out of every crevasse, including window trim and mirrors. My subscription offers high pressure undercarriage wash, with a liquid coating dirt has a hard time sticking to. The vacuum is a huge help whenever my German Shepherd comes along, that’s very often whenever we’re not planning on getting out, especially with cloth seats, whatever is left behind I get with a 4” paint roller covered in duct tape.

Since my wife picked up her Wrangler it's been shared thing with us. While I do all the setup, she jumps in to help at least drying it off and doing interior on her Wrangler - I do all my stuff for my Gladiator.

Found a small electric Ryobi pressure washer and a non-Ryobi foam canon works great, along with the small 1-gallon Ryobi vac.

Actually….. I wash the JT….. and he washes his Bimmer.

But…this winter, he drove the JT more than I did cuz of the snow. He’s been washing the JT since he’s been the only one making it dirty.

Sounds like a perfect team effort—she sets the standard, and you make it happen! Does she at least give you a shoutout for your detailing skills, or is it just silently expected at this point?

Sounds like you’ve got the perfect setup—he cleans, you supervise! And hey, we like to think of our floor liners as “battle-tested” rather than spotless. At least they（means 3W's floor mats) make cleaning up way easier—just a quick rinse and you’re good to go!
