Crappy CDJR Techs strike again! sorry to hear man. Dealer should pay for towing and repair.

I'm scheduled to take mine in for this recall one week from today. This thread is not giving me a "warm and fuzzy" feeling......

It’s a better cluch I would do it again you get a new fly wheel and cluch it drives a lot better it took two days to get it installed they had some issues I would recommend getting under and checking to see if you have any thing loose a couple of times after replacing clutch

My 2022 is going in next week for the recall. After much research, I am not satisfied with their approach to the issue, but am left with no other choice without incurring large out of pocket expenses and an incomplete recall showing against my vin if I do not get it completed. A couple of potential reasons for the apparent shoddy work being completed, is the fact that FCA only allows 3.7 hrs. for the dealership to complete the clutch change out. That is ridiculous. The procedure does not even allow them to bleed the clutch slave cylinder. They expect it to remain connected to the hydraulic line hanging in the way. Another big issue is FCA has used quite a few "one time use" fasteners. These must be replaced, not reused for the recall. It is probable that this step has been ignored and that is leading to missing bolts, loose starters and driveshafts falling out. The parts packages for my recall arrive in separate groupings, meaning the fasteners are separate, so I can see how that gets missed in a busy shop environment, especially when the flat rate hrs. are already insufficient. The recall notice I received indicates that the dealership will provide "alternate" transportation. In my case, I requested use of the Demon 170 that is in the show room for the day, lol.
