I'm looking at a used 2021 Gladiator. On the build sheet it says "2-Door Passive Entry, Frt Door Locks"
Is this the same of Proximity locks?

Sounds like it, the proximity locks are only on the front doors. Look at the door handles... the fronts should have the lock button on them.
