Check the sway bar to frame bushings. They get loose and the sway bar will slide side to side and clunk sometimes. If you can grab the sway bar and slide it by hand at all the bushings are bad.

Hi, they are fine. I did check those. Dealer is stating that the clunking sound is fine when it is not. I told them to check the track bar & ball joints. They are pinning it to the crossmember making the clunk.... I did tell them to tighten it up. At this point they really don't want to do their job and just visually look at the suspension parts without testing anything.Check the sway bar to frame bushings.
