2021 JT CEL - Misfire cyl 3 under load only

****** UPDATE******
After the last P0300 I decided to take it to the dealer I bought it from-
Removed the manifold, Rockers are fine, cams good- then they started testing compression and..... it's all over the place...
Removed the oil filter and mine is on the left in the pic, looks like its torqued... it's an Amsoil filter (I use only Amsoil Signature 0w-20)...
Could be anything Cylinder/Piston related...
They are Pulling the head- on a 72K engine.. complete BS... can't believe it...

Oil filter getting twisted on install is not unheard of and is unrelated to anything going on with your misfire.

Compression on right bank is 182-155-175, looks to be middle cylinder.... can't believe it...

#3 would be the right middle cylinder. That sucks to hear if head work is required.
