Haha better then a pontoon boat! This Halloween the baby will be dressed as a bat and wife and I are dressing like Roman and Chet. Sadly I'm doubtful most will get it but we will love it!
My pontoon gets used a lot more than my LQ9 powered wakeboard boat.

You tour the lake in comfort.

You guys want to cruise in comfort or would you rather skim the waves in a jet boat? ?

Figured I'd give an update of sorts as some of you can see what kind of person I am in this post.
There's always more to the story so allow me to explain.
My wife has Multiple Sclerosis and is a architect by trade. Now a new mom, she's been home for a solid 1.5 years raising our daughter. So with not working, limited energy due to MS, but reading everyday to keep her mind sharp and practicing designs. She feels stagnant. It's been too hot out her for to go outside and enjoy it. But I think I have her talked into keeping it.

She said and I quote. "I didn't fall in love with a stock Jeep" ?

So it looks like 37's, more power and I'm going to meet more Jeepers. So it's a win win I guess? I get 6 weeks vacation next summer so we "I" are planning northern trips during the summer to Maine/Canada and hit some trails on the way.

Yup, backfired on me. Bought the lift and the Misses found another truck she really loves so it's officially backup for sale. Looking to move it before she changes her mind again and before the other truck sells.

I paid $46K for my Mojave in June 21. Private party is $55k and clean trade in is around $48k.
I also have 25k miles though

What kind of truck did the Misses fall in love with?
We found a 1975 K5 Blazer with the Full removable top. Dana 44's and 6" lift. It's a cali truck so all the original body panels haven't been touched with any rust. It's down in SC now but were hoping it goes through. Again though it depends on if anyone picks up the Mojave. But again it's her daily, not mine LOL. I have a ton of shirts that say I Flock to beaters. The icing on the case was we were Watching Roadkill Garage ( were huge Freiburger Fans ) and it the newest episode, it was funny. Freiburger mentions that know one would wave to you if you were driving say a new Jeep Gladiator and the wife looks at me and said... See that's what I'm talking about. I need to be in something old again! She had a 86 shortbed she drove everyday and misses it.

Big fan of Roadkill, Freiburger and Dulcich. I love the square body Chevy's as well. Hard not to consider a Blazer with all original panels and one that hasn't been butchered. Good luck with everything. Keep us posted here and include pics of the new/old ride! ;)

Thanks Man, I still may get a older Jeep to 4 wheel sometime down the road. But with us moving soon it would be good to lessen up the higher priced stuff. But yea, Id say were big fans. LOL The pic worked out great because I have my square collection, Jess has her Charger and Freigburger and his super bee. And we didn't plan this pic, we just ran into him in the pits and hung out with Finn for a while. This was drag week and I called out sick this day....cough cough. WHAT A BLAST!

I talked to two dealers up here in MA, 8600 miles, 2022 Mojave, trade-in $43k... I cannot believe how much the value has tanked in not even a year of ownership.

Wholesale prices have declined ~1-1.3% week-over-week for a few months now. Doesn't take long to make a major hit on value with those rates of decline.

There are still deals to be had. Shop it around as a curb sale, get a price quote from YAA. They will give you check in hand pricing from several dealers. Use those offers as leverage on your trade.

Remember, depending on your state, that you might be getting moderate to massive sale tax savings if you are trading in a vehicle that has a high value.
