Congrats on the Jeep!Gupton is tiny but a lot of jeeps. Everything super easy and super friendly. I made it back to the hotel and noticed the jeep did not have painted fenders so I dropped back by Gupton. Renee was flustered with herself for the error but I let it slide. I guess il sand them and paint them.
On the road I almost wiped out this tiny car in my blind spot 7:30 position. Felt like an idiot. I need to look for better bigger mirrors.
Thanks, Iv never driven one before. Is smaller than I thought but nicer than I thought.Congrats on the Jeep!
That's great to hear. It'll be an upgrade over my old 2 Door and my current GLI. I'm still in "built" status for 10 days now, assuming mine has shipped but who knows.T

and the emergency maneuver felt very controlled
You had an unusually long time in production. Anyway, I just took delivery of my JTR from a Long Beach dealer and it took 16 days for it to get to the rail yard in Mira Loma, CA and another 16 days to get to the dealer. Another SoCal person had a much better experience getting it from the rail yard. My guess is that you'll have it in 3 weeks if you're luckier than I was. Ask your salesperson to give you updates on where it is. They can see each step it takes: truck ride to storage yard, storage yard to rail yard, on ramp date on train, off ramp date, etc. Good luckif it helps I think I still have the longest wait. Ordered July 14- confirmed July 26. An you can see it just finished being built today. 32 days in production.
I was hoping the tracker was just off and the dealer would call and say come get your truck. But no such luck I see. ??

They should honor the original MSRP/Invoice prices when you ordered it.11/8/22: Shipped. Dealer is hoping it shows up in about a week.
Did notice that the MSRP went up about $1500 from the time of ordering. A few options went up $100 here, $100 there and the destination charge went up $200. Still hoping they honor the initial paperwork, but we'll see. It isn't going to break my deal if they won't.
When I got my 22 JTRD in Vegas last Feb the dealer went to the rail yard and picked it up so I could come get it from SoCal on a 4 day weekend.... so I got it with like 18 miles on it lolYou had an unusually long time in production. Now waiting on the 23 to show in SoCal. Was on KZR status a week ago
Yeah, I fully anticipate that it won’t be an issue. I’m not going to bring it up proactively and just go off all the signed paperwork. It’s happened on ordered vehicles in the past and the sales person never even brought it up. I was just surprised to see another increase, as they went up in Oct anyway. They should honor the original MSRP/Invoice prices when you ordered it.
And yet after the buy back when I was going to order the replacement, they couldn't be bothered to answer my calls...That is some great dealer service!
