Spacers up to a certain height are just fine. They allow you to keep your spring rate and ride. But go up into the 2"+ area and then you are also needing other parts.......
spacer for rims instead of offset rims right now. My apologies for not being clear

Anyone running spacers? Pros and cons
So you aren't talking spacer LIFTS, you are talking WHEEL SPACERS.

Wheel Spacers
Pros:
They work and inexpensive

Cons:
Some folks don't torque them correctly and have issues.

I ran them for years on an old Jeep, no issues.
What would u recomend for spacer size and brand?

So you aren't talking spacer LIFTS, you are talking WHEEL SPACERS.
Very different topics.
Sorry no the 4.5 lift is plenty for me. I dont like running spacers for coils because like u said takes away ride and compresses coil

I dont like running spacers for coils because like u said takes away ride and compresses coil
Spacers don't compress coils, spacers allow you to keep the same ride as the coil springs are exactly as they were before, same rate, same amount of compression.
Spacers up to 1.5" or so are fine and won't change the ride one bit because it's the same spring.
But like taller SPRINGS, taller spacers can get you into the area of changing the geometry of the control arms, needing sway bar links and other parts. So if going over a certain amount, may as well go into a full spring lift.
But no, spacers can't change the "Ride" - same springs.

Someone is selling 40 inch tires with off set rims...... should i pick them up? Pros and cons factory gladiator sport with the 4.5 evo stage 4 lift

Anybody have any input on brand of beadlock rims? Was looking at raceline..any thoughts...quality issues etc

Next step is steering

Got 37 toyo Mts on the jeep. Looks so much better! Turns out i need a new front driveshaft the boot is all torn up on factory fron driveshaft. Ordered a new one should be here this week. Ordered beadlock rims. Ordered a set of the apex sway bar end links for quick disconnect.

Next step is steering

Going good. Got the apex sway bar quick disconnects on. They work awesome! Ordered steering and carli stab. Half way for funds for lockers and 538 gears and chromw molly shafts with front and rear axle truss.

So do they not make air lockers for.2024 jeep gladiators all i can find is eletric

Rims will be here monday.
So my 2024 gladiator is a sport... what do i have for lockers? Some.say just do fronts with lockers and leave the factory lockers in rear etc..... just wanted some guidance?
