No. The original 2003 TJ Rubicon had front/rear lockers. The first ones were air actuated, which had problems. The changed them later to the Japanese electric ones.
All TJ Rubicons used air lockers made by Tochigi Fuji Sangyo.

Electric lockers started with the JK.

Also incorrect. All the TJ Rubicons used air lockers. Electronic lockers were not introduced until the JK

There's actually a square headlight kit for the JL/JT. I posted about it in a jeep page on FB a couple years ago and the actual designer of the kit chimed in. He seemed like a really cool person. I don't know if the kit has hit the market yet. But the pics that I posted years ago was from like SEMA 2022 or something. If they ever hit the market, I would definitely go for them.
