Found a great deal on falken wildpeaks in 265/70/17. I wanted to go with a set of rubicon Take off 33’s but these will save me between $400-600 compared to buying the rubicon take offs. Will I have any issues mounting and running these on the stock sport s wheels on a stock sport s?

No, they'll fit fine. In the real world that size is exact same height as the stock 245/75-17 tires, and only slightly wider. They visually won't look any different size wise at all vs. what's on the truck now.
