You'll probably be fine in any of those sizes. You'd get better use with those gears below the 35" but plenty people run those anyways.
Until the day I decide I need to re-gear out of 3.73, I'll probably be sticking with 33s. I'm in Michigan so unless want to do serious mudding holes, not a whole on most of the trails here that require more than the 33" anyways. Plus I daily it currently on an hour commute, so its a balance that happy with at the moment. But since I put a new engine in it, I'll probrably actually upgrade it down the road someday though.
I am currently running with a 3" lift & use to run 285/70/17 AT3/w falken takes off from a rubicon for a while. Now running MT baja boss LT285/70/17 which in that particular tire and size from MT are a true 33" x 11.5.
