Here is my mine. No lift with 315 x 70 x 17 BFG KO2. It rides and handles better than it did with the stock tires.

Those are on stock wheels are they not? If so, have you aired them down for a rock crawl or fast paced beach run? I air my 33s down to 16#.

No, they are Quadratec Recon. They are 8.5 inches wide and a +11 offset. The whole set-up is in the low 90lb range....I don't remember the exact weight. Couldn't pass them up for $125 each on sale. I don't rock crawl, but I do go to North Padre Island on the reg. The national seashore. They do great aired down for some beach fun. I like to go down to the cut. You can go 60 miles south on natural unmaintained beach. Aired down, they float on the sand.

Thanks for the info!

I have done the 20 mile east Matagorda Island (Egret Island) approximate 20 miles and Sargent Beach approximately 10 miles several times and love running the truck hard on those sparsely populated beaches.

I was just wondering if anyone has run the 35s on stock rims aired down to see if there are any issues.

35x11.50r17 Nitto Trail Grapplers. No lift and no rubbing. Just got them on Friday.

They also have Ridge and Recon Grapplers in that size
This looks perfect for my first mod. Just picked up my Mojave last weekend. Do you still like the Trail Grapplers? Did you consider the Ridge Grapplers at all?

Dumb question…but wanted to verify.
Will one of the 35’s fit as a spare in the factory location under the back end?

Nitto 35x12.5x18 no lift other than factory suspension. Never had a problem. I do plan on going with a 2” leveling kit and 38s when these wear out. Not too loud on Highway, but then again, if I was worried about noise, I wouldn’t have that soft top.

Question - New to Jeeps

i have a factory Mojave with the A/T tires. Will the 35’s help with the floaty-ness in the front steering at all?

Which 35’s offer the aggressive look but LESS road noise?
