I appreciate the visibility! I am still waiting for any response. I have sent four emails so far with zero response. I also tried private chat in this forum and instagram. Also zero response.

Their site lists the mirrors for sale separately but if they cannot ship them with doors I am hesitant to order them again ( in case they don’t have any). I’m going to give it one more week and then do a partial chargeback.

Did your contact ever get back with you?

Did these come from Ont. Cali? Just curious.
Yeah the door covers had a 2nd sticker over the first which showed from California. The first sticker ripped but I think it was an overseas sticker.

He left the Company and there is obviously NO ONE taking care of business :(

I received some items from Kelvin to review, one of them was not fitting properly so I was working with him on it when he informed me he was leaving the company. He stated "I don't know how the next person will operate it (or shut it down), but I will do my best to ensure a smooth handover". It's this very reason why I haven't posted reviews of the products I received, I don't want to send folks to them when I don't know the future state of the business. It's unfortunate, I liked following his progress and reading his thoughts and findings with starting a new business.

At this point I would just start the chargeback process. You've made plenty of attempts at contacting them, I think it's safe to say at this point that they aren't going to respond. And since we know Kelvin left (and unexpectedly, which leads to believe it wasn't on a positive note), don't fall into the same problem folks did with 4x4Colorado and keep giving them the benefit of doubt and then they suddenly file for bankrupcy and disappear.

The ExceedFab account was last logged into on Monday, so I'm assuming Kelvin is still lurking in the shadows , but likely can't do anything to help.

Do what you will. Kelvin had originally asked to not mention anything about him leaving Exceed, but whats already been posted elsewhere is nothing different than what he told me.
