@NachoRuby - The Max Tow did not show being available on the 80th Anniversary in the Jeep Order Guide I cited in the prior post. Also, the the 80th came with 18" wheels which none of the Max Tow vehicles had. I am by no means an expert, just going by the guide and of course those were subject to change.The 80th anniversary edition could be had with max tow. But you can't get a new 80th at all now, so you'll have to peruse the used market for one with that option. It was essentially a sport S with some extra goodies. You could get it with the diesel too.
You could be right. I was going off a cnet article, and a [Banned Site] article. When in doubt, the order guide is king.
