89/20 rack build ?

Has anyone built a rack using 80/20 aluminum box tubing. It is basically bolt together. Pretty sturdy I would braze the contacts. I would know how to rate the load

I mocked up some ideas in 80/20 because I had the material on hand. 1 1/2” x 3” and 1 1/2” sq extrusions. You can make a very strong structure. You can't braze it....
You could TIG weld but I wouldn't.
Just didn't like the vertical sides. There is no easy way to do slight angles.
Material costs are high if you are ordering new pieces with the machine work done.
