I didn’t use any mount, I removed a couple of the bumper bolts that weren’t attached to anything and they fit in perfectly. What mount did you use for the Flex Era 3's on the bumper? Thanks a lot!
Wiring question: did you use the provided wiring harness, and if so, did you eliminate/remove the switch, relay, fuse/fuse holder? No wind noise
Yes, removed everything except the wire going to the light and just wired to the OEM harness for the AUX switchWiring question: did you use the provided wiring harness, and if so, did you eliminate/remove the switch, relay, fuse/fuse holder?
I did similar, but I kept the inline fuse.Yes, removed everything except the wire going to the light and just wired to the OEM harness for the AUX switch
Thanks so much for helping me with this project. Hopefully one last question: did you get any static in your radio when you turn on your pillar lights, and if so, how did you correct it?Yes, removed everything except the wire going to the light and just wired to the OEM harness for the AUX switch
No static, I would check your ground wire and make sure nothing is loose. Thanks so much for helping me with this project. Hopefully one last question: did you get any static in your radio when you turn on your pillar lights, and if so, how did you correct it?
I've never seen any mounted off to the side like this. I like the idea for visibility sake. How's the noise? Any issues with door opening or anything else?I like my Mopar lights and brackets. Have had them for 3 years. They’ve held up well and give good light.
