Just got up, quick update on the toilet... Last night I talked with the LA warehouse until 2am (2am here)
① I will ask them to open and check every box in the next shipment to avoid this situation. Of course, because our warehouse is newly opened and has not purchased the strapping machine, you may receive boxes that seem to have been opened and taped. Don't worry, no one has returned it yet, so it is impossible that someone else has used it. It was just opened and checked by the warehouse staff
② Yesterday I immediately drove to find a new latch and brought back some samples. I will test them today. If there is no problem, I can mail a replacement for the customer whose latch is deformed.
③ In the next batch of goods, we will not pre-install the latch but let the customer install it, which can greatly reduce the chance of the latch being damaged during transportation. In fact, the customer only needs to install two extra screws.

Thank you very much for your encouragement! I know tube door is not suitable for everyone, but I am glad that our efforts have been praised by you. To be honest, it is not easy. We imagined various situations, but we did not expect that the door latch handle would be bent.
For the next product, we will try to mail a set of samples to check whether the packaging is reasonable before sending the whole batch of goods.
