While traveling to Florida my AC would start to blow hot air from somewhere and not out the vents. Only last less than a minute. Done it just a few times. Anyone else have that issue? And suggested fix?

It has been noted previously that the occasional short cycle of warm air is considered normal operation, especially when the AC is operating for longer drives or in humid areas. Basically the HVAC system does this to prevent freezing up of the evaporator.

Near the end there is talk of the TSB but this was in 2021. Any change made in a TSB in 2021 should have been in production for your 2023. Possibly there is another reason or they picked a wrong software file when building the code for 2023 or it is, like some say, "normal". I've not noticed it on mine, even on "long" trips with the wife with the AC on but that doesn't mean there isn't some set of conditions that causes it and I just haven't seen it yet. By myself I drive with the windows wide open and AC off, unless sitting in traffic where it might be windows wide open and AC on. Either way I would not notice it.

If you run MAX ac a lot or have it set for very low temperatures it might be to prevent evaporator freeze-up, melt the frost off.
I always run mine in auto mode and haven't noticed it - but did on my 2020 and a flash fixed it for the 2020. Nothing with my later Gladiators
