Advice/Help Buying a Mojave in Massachusetts (or CT, RI or NH)

I'm looking to migrate from my Tacoma to a 21 Mojave. Never owned a jeep and from reading this website had no idea you can order from the factory. I have test driven the Mojave and love it but I am unable to find one on a lot that is the color or have the options I want. I have a few questions/help:
How would I negotiate with a dealer on trading in my Tacoma and then negotiating the price if I order from the factory? Normally I buy a vehicle off the lot and do the deal - my trade plus etc - one process.
Second - has any one dealt with a dealer in either Massachusetts, Conneticut, Rhode Island or New Hampshire that offers a decent below % invoice that they can recommend?

I'm basically looking for a loaded white mojave with the A/T tires and must have the select-trac full time system.

Sorry for all the questions - this all seems pretty new to me and most dealers are not advertising much off of msrp.

I bought a JK from Brigham-Gill in MA a few years back they were decent to deal with. I bought my JT from Newport Jeep in RI, they were good to deal with as well but both purchases were off the lot. I tried to make a deal with Kelly in MA and Herb Chambers in MA but neither would discount at all.
