AEV 2" sport max tow question

Hello everyone. I am looking to piece together my initial build. Jeep is not a daily driver but will be used 70% on road. Uwharrie is about 1.5 hours from my house, I have never been but we're planning on checking it out with the family (wife &two kids) we also have a house on the obx so we plan on driving on the beach. My initial plan has been to use the AEV 2" spacers for awhile before investing in a full suspension to see how often we go to Uwharrie. Stock will be capable on the sand.

So my question , will I be able to fit 35 x 11.5 on stock wheels with the 2" lift? That has been my plan the whole time until I found this thread

Will the 1" less width help prevent rubbing?
