2.5 lift, 35x12.5 17, without max tow. I don't tow anything, ever. Mpg this winter in upstate NY has been around 16.5. Was around 19 in the summer. Power loss negligible.

I got a sport with Max tow. I will say that there is a difference between 4:10 and 3:73 gears. Not so much on flat land but when you hit a incline that's when the gearing matters the most. I test drove one a few months back that was a sport s with 3:73 and along the same routes as my sport with Max tow that has 4:10 gears, the Sport S would shoot up to right at 3,000 RPMs when I had two particular inclines. My Sport along that route doesn't hit those same RPMs even with 35's installed. On flat land you will not see much of a difference though, so if it's hilly where you live you may want to take that into consideration. Right now around town in mine, which is probably about 70% town driving and 30% Hwy, I'm getting around 16.2 Mpg, I'm the Charlotte NC area so a lot of rolling hills.

I fit 315 70-17 BFG KO2's on mine without a lift. Just trimmed around the front air dam a little. Here's a picture

I now have a 2.5" ReadyLift SST lift installed and it looks like this

I could easily run 37's now if I wanted to.

Off subject but how do you like that bumper. It's on my short list of bumpers. If I get a stubby I think I'm going with that one

Yes. I have 2 large inclines I climb frequently. She definitely works harder up those two hills, but not so much that I would ever consider going back to stock, or even 33s. I wouldn't consider doing 37s on the 3:73, however. I'd be worried about the stress on the axel too.

It's a cheap POS made in China, but who cares? It took 15 minutes to put on, has stood up just fine to harsh upstate NY winter without rusting, which was my concern, and was under $300, and factory fogs fit perfectly. If it does start to rust in 3 years, I'll slap a new one. For what I do with my Jeep, no need to spend $$ on a quality bumper.

I ran a EAG bumper and fenders on my JKU for almost 5 years and they held up well. I got a connect at the company that wants to send me a few things to review and I'm trying decide between that bumper and a full width. I like it and if it holds up like mine did you want be disappointed. Here's my old rig about 3 days before I sold it two weeks ago

Nice looking Jeep, dude. So did you opt to keep the factory shocks? If so, have you noticed any difference in ride quality? I’ve been eyeballing the day star stuff (specifically the 2” space lift) and plan to keep the factory shocks. I’ve been reading mixed reviews on the Daystar stuff but it seems like an economical solution
I think for the money/quality you can't go wrong with Skyjacker lifts.

ReadyLift makes some good stuff too. I got their 2.5" SST lift installed. It's solid and I was out the door at my local shop with alignment for $800. I don't think the shocks on my Max tow sports are bad at all. They actually ride pretty darn good compared to the JKU I had.
