I have the AEV 2” lift for Mojave coming next week. I also ordered the Geometry correction brackets. I’m putting 35” tires with AEV Pintler wheels on it. My question is, is there anything else I need to buy right away as far as suspension parts? I won’t be doing any hardcore crawling. Mostly backroads and snow if this ridiculous summer ever ends. Thanks in advance.

I just installed the AEV 2" spacer lift on a Rubicon. We added the lower control arms from the Mopar 2" lift for extra caster, but your geometry brackets will take care of that for you. A lot of people also add an adjustable front track bar to recenter the axle, but it's not entirely necessary.

I'm in the exact same boat. From what I've read, nothing else is required, but I may replace the track bars while I'm doing it just to recenter the axle. Plus, I see Clayton has a rear track bar with a bend to allow for more spare tire clearance.

Thanks for the replies. I’m willing to do what is necessary but I don’t want to go down the rabbit hole of buying aftermarket stuff. In reality the stock setup would do everything I need I just like the look of the lifted Mojave with 35” tires.

Just installed my lift on my mojave this week. Took way longer than 4 hours as quoted. More like 6-7. Installed correction brackets at the same time. Only one issue with kit. My mojave has different size bolts for the upper sway bar links. Lit includes m12 bolts x 1.75 pitch. Wrong thread pattern for mine. Had to go to true value hardware and get the correct bolts m12 x 1.50 pitch. Attempted to reuse factory bolts and had to clean up the threads.

Yes. Mickey thompson baja boss A/T. Handle great offroad and quiet on the pavement
I would have had to wait 2 months for those tires. I ended up with KO2’s. Do you happen to know what the Mickeys actually measure with weight on them? Mine seem so small.

Wow, ok. That’s about what mine are measuring. Looking at yours tells me to go ahead and use my lift. Thank you so much for answering my question.

I installed the correction brackets as well. No steering issue so far. Just had to re-center steering wheel. By the way. Nice mojave.

You have everything you need with the AEV Kit and GC brackets. We have AEV 2.5" Dual Sport on a JKU and the amount of axle shift is minimal; when we go up to 37s might put adjustable track bars on. For now drives great on 35s.

I think I saw someone else mention that about the rear sway bar bolts on here too. Maybe I better grab some before I start my install. Another thing I noticed looking through the directions is that they say to install 2 driveshaft spacers but they sent 3 and the picture shows 3…lol
