AEV Mojave spacer - noise

Had this installed on my Mojave and now when I go over bumps I hear some weird noises coming from my suspension… anyone else experience this?

I don’t. I would check to see if the spacers and bottom springs pads look seated, and re-torque your control arms, track bar bolts, etc. which is a bitch. Would make the shop check it out.

All suspension bolts should be checked. It sounds like something isn’t torqued correctly.

I have a stock 2021 Mojave with 6,000 miles on it. I noticed that the suspension makes a creaking noise when I go over bumps. It might be something inherent to the Mojave suspension and have nothing to do with the AEV lift.

Hmmm mine is a 21 Mojave also. Wonder if the bigger tires is just making the noise worse?

Big tires don’t make noises. It is possible for the outer shock shaft dust seals to get dry and squeak. You can check this by putting some silicone grease or synthetic oil on the shaft near the seal and cycling the suspension. If that solves it, great. That also verifies that there is no shock oil leaking, because leaky shock seals don’t squeak. If there’s no change, it’s not the shock dust seals.
