Been around long enough to know it's best to go ahead and get a TL;DR version out of the way quickly.
TL;DR - ZERO power gains, no noticeable MPG changes, makes cool noises (subjective), and fuel pedal manipulation.
A good read on the Scorcher GT module from someone that tows can be found here -

Most of my free time and money are spent on the six motorcycles my girlfriend and I have between us.
Her - KLX 300, Suzuki GSX-8S tuned + go fast parts, Triumph Speed Triple 1200RR tuned + go fast parts.
Me - KLX 300, Aprilia RS660 Gabro +, Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory Gabro +.
This all started with how horrific the fuel pedal is. Between the test drive and the actual purchase, I did some poking around and came across the aFe Pedal 2 Medal module that touts fuel pedal manipulation from a plug-n-play module. That was enough to talk myself into getting the JTR.
In the motorcycle world no one asks if one single thing is a good thing to get. It's just known that everything you do in that world revolves around 'in conjunction with'. There's no such thing as 14x threads asking if the Gabro trumpets are a good first purchase. They're all ingredients and the goal is to make an entree. In the car world you can't swing a dead cat without hitting yet another CAI as an entree thread.
My Aprilias... Gabro tunes in conjunction with Gabro trumpets in conjunction with sprocket size changes/D.I.D. chains in conjuction with Sprint air filters in conjunction with MIVV exhausts in conjunction with forged wheels in conjuction with SuperCorsa tires in conjunction with... you get it. I digress.
Anyway, the P2M led me to the rest of their catalog and I have decades of hearing loss and tinnitus something fierce so knew I needed an exhaust just to hear my own vehicle. Figured aFe probably used one test mule vehicle for all their parts so it made sense to just get their catalog of stuff to go along with the P2M.
Quantum CAI and the 3" Rock Basher cat-back to add some noise so I can hear my truck.
Pedal 2 Medal to manipulate the fuel pedal and it's worth every penny. You can change it up on the fly using their app. Some of the 1-10 settings aren't something you can differentiate but you can tell the differences between the overall categories i.e. Stock vs. Performance vs. Race. 10/10 and would recommend if you're equally unhappy with the factory fuel pedal software setting(s).
The Scorcher GT... there isn't a motorcycle sold new that doesn't run too lean to pass whatever version of euro emission standards they conjured up this year. And I've learned that every motorcycle needs to be tuned and to never, under any circumstances, trust factory air/fuel mixtures. A plug-n-play that introduces better air/fuel mixture? Sold.
If we ever run across each other I can assure you I won't be touting how mine is faster and quicker than yours because I have part of the aFe catalog installed and you don't. I can say that all of the above as an 'in conjunction with' has made for a much more enjoyable vehicle. I like how the exhaust sounds, better air/fuel mapping, and most of all, the ability to manipulate the fuel pedal. Similar to the guy who's post I linked above, I too have done some on/off 'tests' on the Scorcher GT module and whilst a claim of copious amounts of new found power would be a blatant lie, there is a butt dyno feel of better power, if that makes sense, with better shifting, etc.
