I have the 1” pucks from the Tera Flex leaving kit already installed and had the alignment done at that time. Now I want to add the 1/2” puck from the kit and am wondering if I would need another alignment after doing so? TIA

Nope.

you may want (not need) to recenter your steering wheel.

IF you experience wandering on the highway you may want to to check your toe setting yourself. I had several “alignments” done and when i got over the apprehension and checked it my self it was still wrong. I reset it like the video i linked and now no issues since.

No alignment necessary. And you would only need to adjust the steering wheel if you adjust your trackbar.

I beg to differ, I never adjusted a track bar and needed to adjust my steering wheel after adding my rubicon take offs and 1.5 level

Strange. I installed the AEV 2" spacer kit on my wife's Mojave with the factory trackbar and the steering wheel is still straight as an arrow
