ALU Contour Canopy Cap - the inside measurements of my roof rail tracks wider in front narrower in back?

Measuring the distance between the inside of roof rail tracks from front to back - I have a 1 1/8" difference from front to back. Seems like a manufacturing issue - how about you?

Yes, I figured this out when I mounted my solar and crossbars. Kind of annoying, but not a huge deal.

no. I bought mine used and I just assumed that is the way they were designed. Once everything is mounted. It doesn’t matter. It just makes getting the bars aligned a little more difficult.
