Mine is a BulletPoint 5" center of ball to center of ball.
It's a perfect fit for my uses - clears the dash fine, but doesn't stick out to the point I'll be bumping it.
The rail sits exactly as a BulletPoint single mount ball would sit - centered over those mounting bolt holes so the rail places my phone holder exactly where it was before except now I can have it a bit over to the right, not so close to the steering wheel.
But I may have created a bigger problem -
When using an Allen wrench to make the final tighten on the ball on the rail, since I can barely hold onto things with my tremor, the wrench slipped out of my hand and onto the defrost vent.
Oh, crap - I can get this - nope, it dropped straight down into the defrost vent.
The tremor is so bad I can't even hold onto a simple Allen wrench.
There goes my HVAC.

Thought about that - my luck would be the magnet would find something steel down there, go to the side, and get stuck......... I may try a magnet anyway.
I gotta call that neurologist and get something set up to fix this - I can't do squat these days.

I haven't measured anything other than the width of the top "slot" - and that's 7/16" (11mm??) a 7/16" square nut (meaning wrench size, fits 1/4" bolt) fits very nicely in the top.

So I bought the Tracform ball mount system. I had to file down the tabs to 0.43” wide by 0.17” high so they fit the slot.
When the paint cures I’ll start assembly.

Hello! I just wanted to post here, MOPAR finally released the phone mount for the rail. It has to be ordered via dealer affiliate portal, but I ordered 4. 2 for my JT, 2 for my wife's JL. I ordered this number: 68733117AA

still can't find any way to order it.......... so far, only that eBay package I found a month ago is any evidence it exists.
No mopar site and no affiliate, and the one that actually gave a result when searching said "not for sale" and "not available".
So not sure how or where you ordered it.

I work for a CDJR dealer, and I ordered my own. It has to be ordered through the affiliate website, like how you source non-OE parts and accessories, that is also our tire website, which I know makes no sense haha. But a CDJR parts or service advisor will know what I'm talking about.
