Anybody have any issues with their Borla exhaust and Borla customer service?

I had the duel black ceramic tip exhaust installed on my gladiator less than two weeks ago. The black ceramic coating is chipping off one of the tips. I have called and left messages four times and Send them one message. No response. Not happy at all considering the cost of this exhaust.

I'm having problems with almost every companies custoner service these days. What they tell you is "supply chain issues and workforce shortages, please understand our plight" but what they really mean is "we're selling more stuff than we ever have and aren't interested in converting any of that extra revenue to hire more CS personnel"
