Anyone deal with Custom Splice for winch stuff?

Not sure if General Discussion is the best place for this. But, has anyone dealt with Custom Splice for winch rope or accessories. I emailed back and forth with them around the 9th of October and placed an order that day. They charged my credit card and that is the last I have heard from them. I have emailed about 4 times and used two different email addresses in case that was the problem. I have called multiple times and left at least 3 voice messages and I have sent a message to their Facebook page. I have done all of this over the last two weeks. They seem to have good products and their prices are right so I would really like to get what I ordered but I am stating to think I need to dispute this with my card company. I mean 2 weeks should be plenty of time to respond. And I was emailing back and forth for several hours the day I ordered and they were very responsive and enjoyable to deal with.

Anyone have any contact with them??
