Funny little switch

[Bug out]

It’s part of Mopar EVTS system. Mine came with it as well. Basically vehicle location/tracking system. Good ole dealer add-on.

I discovered a little switch under my steering column. It has a little blue light that is slowly blinking.
The Jeep was set up to flat tow by the previous owner. Any ideas what it’s for?
