Specs:
Alpine i509-WRA-JL
American Soundbar enclosure
BRP JT 2x10" subwoofer enclosure
4 x 8" Kicker marine full-range coaxial speakers
4 x American Soundbar 4" mount tweeters
2 x JL Audio 10TW3-D4 10" dual voice coil shallow mount subs
2 x Knuconcepts power distribution blocks
1/0 Ga marine power cable to the distribution block
4Ga marine power cable to amps A and B
8Ga marine power cable to amp C
Soundskinz full JT templated sound deadening kit for floor and door panels
Sub Amp: Kicker marine KMA800.1 pushing 800w @1 ohm (Dual voice coil subs wired parallel/parallel)
Full range Amp: Kicker marine KMA600.4 pushing 75w x 4 @4 ohms
Tweeter Amp: Kicker marine KMA150.2 pushing 150w x 2 @2ohms (each pair of tweeters are 4ohms wired in parallel to 2 ohms)
Amp Rack: 1' x 4' x 1/2" thick HDPE with screw in m4 inserts
Cheap bus bar
Audio Control LC7i Active LOC (no longer used since replacing the head unit)

I sacrificed Aux 4 to run remote power on for all amps and the LOC, and to provide power to the led controller for the speakers (max 7.5Amp draw)

Levels set with a D'Amore Engineering DD-1 distortion detector, and sound tuned using an Audiocontrol DM-RTA real-time analyzer.

It sounds amazing, and very clean at all volume levels.

Hahaha, indeed. I had earplugs in for the dB test. It could actually be considerably louder but I have the soundbar full range speaker amp at about 20% gain with plenty of headroom to distortion levels at max volume so they don't overwhelm the subs.

Impressive! Did you find the Soundskinz sound deadening to be effective?

The template cuts are good and took care of nearly all of the floor and that alone made a bigger-than-expected difference.

The amp rack got some heavier material from skar audio on the back side, and I plan to install the soundskinz door templates for the outer door sometime this week, and some soundshield slim for the inner panels. I added some foam tape to the driver knee panel and a few other targeted spots but there's still work to be done. It sounds too clean when loud to let buzzing panels kill it ?
