Anyone Else Buying a 2024 at End of Month / Year?

It's not really helpful around here to talk about "OTD" pricing since every state/municipality differs insofar as taxes and licensing. The negotiated price as a percentage of MSRP is what IS helpful for others to weigh against.

either can be confusing if you don't know the different components. THe discussions above took taxes out of the equation. It does no good to get 20% under MSRP and then there is $4k in dealer add ons. I appreciate the contributions that were made.

I haven’t see any deals here in NC. Most dealers just sticking to factory incentives off MSRP for anything less than a Mojave or Rubicon. And the leftover 24 Willy’s, Sport S, etc are oddly optioned. Like a Base Willy’s with roll up windows and manual or a $65k Sport S.

I think a 2025 order with some of the better looking standard option packages might be the ticket.

Agree, two popular dealers near Charlotte, one with 30 Gladiators, would not budge a bit from their Internet price. Incredible!

Bought my loaded out gladiator with a msrp of a little over 70k got a 20k discount on last day of the year last year. No add ons only tax
i have been looking at the same sites this year and not seeing the big discounts like last year. I was thinking it should be more this year but isn’t for whatever reason.

Koons in Virginia has the best OTD prices. I drove 5 hours to buy a jeep from them earlier this year.

I'm trying to buy a 2025 but the dealership is wanting me to get a lease then buy out of the lease after a month, but trying to put me into the lease with 12.5% interest. They were saying I could just refi after 30 days for a better rate. So that's a no go with them. I'm now looking to find a good dealership willing to work on real numbers.

Has anyone done the TreadLightly discount.? It says you can get 1% below dealer invoice, but is that MSRP, List Price, or what?

Bought local in Michigan back in August.
‘23 rubicon sticker $61K paid $40K plus tax so 34% off sticker. Dealers had over inventoried themselves with gladiators and now most dealers around me have very few but are happy to order one but not at my kind of deal.

A 2023 on the lot in August 2024, that's what I call leverage.
Do you happen to remember, besides your sales tax, what the fees and add-ons (i.e. paint protection, LoJacK, Freight) amounted to? This is where they offset negotiations and act like it's a crime to remove the charge.

While LoJack can be unplugged, I understand the paint protection can't be physically removed, but their cost wasn't $1,900. I have seen bedlining applied and they were only charging $600, which is fair.

Zero add-ons, only 6% Michigan sales tax and couple hundred dollars registration and title.

In the same boat, although looking to buy my first Jeep. When you say OTD 15%~16% is that after taxes and if so what is the tax rate?

I have been at around 17.5% before taxes and that includes no dealer add ons and the high FL doc fee ($899).

Dealers in AZ advertising 20% off now. There are alot of left over 24s out there, look for 25% discounts soon as there were with 23s of which there are still a few thousand left to sell at reported discounts of 30%+. The beat deals probably won't happen until after Jan when dealers and Jeep get desperate to get rid of thousands of unsold 24s

I just purchased a 2024 today. I picked up a Rubicon in Tucson for $46,000. It came to about $53,000 with the taxes, licensing and fees. That was the best price u could find within 500 miles of Yuma.
