Anyone get damaged RollnLock lately?

I've got two in a row damaged and they're sending another but I'm surprised. Dents in same place. They blame Fedex but I don't see any damage to the box.
Waiting on my third one.

This happens when they stand it on end. I had the exact same thing happen to my first one ordered from Realtruck. They really need to be shipped flat on a pallet so shippers don't stand them up and have the tray get crunched like that.

If standing on end is damaging their product so badly then they really need to review their packaging.

I agree. The box is not labeled enough that it must stay flat. It should be plastered everywhere in large font. However, the thin aluminum tray is too fragile in my opinion. Should have some bracing or support somehow.

Just got my third one and it's damaged as well. This is not happening during shipping. They used UPS this time and Fedex the first two times. I took pics of the box and it's not damaged. Standing the thing on it's end doesn't seem that big of a deal I'm not sure how that could be causing all the damage.
