Anyone install the Truxedo Sentry CT??

If so where the hell do these foam blocks go?? It says in the front bulkhead corners. But if you place them there it blocks the mounting points for the brackets. Am I missing something??

Just guessing here but I bet you crush the blocks with the brackets to seal the space

If that was the case they should have made holes in the foam blocks. Funny thing is the blocks are not mentioned again in any part of the instructions.

I ran into the same issue on my install! After lots of head scratching, I ended up installing the blocks as they pictured.

Once bent and stuck on the corner, the brackets will clear underneath.

It does look odd though, I wish they explained better or provided a better shape of foam.

Im having trouble unlocking and removing the rolled cover right now, so this was the best I could do. Once the foam is crushed by the rail, the bracket can go right under it.

Just did this install after I put my bedrug on. The picture of the foam block in the instructions is pure BS, no way to have the vertical part of the weather seal you install in the previous step intersect the foam block as pictured without A)cutting the weather seal flush with the block, or B)cutting a slit in the block to allow it to straddle the vertical strip.

First I tried to make it look like the instructions by having it go up onto the weather seal, but that looked wrong.

Then I backed it up a bit and forced it into the little space under the weather strip (since the bed bulkhead is not a hard 90-degree turn, there is a little space under the weather strip where the bulkhead curves downward).

In the final compressed state, after everything is tightened down, the foam block allows the weather strip to maintain its original vertical shape without too much distortion.

Overall, I was a bit disappointed in the cover, only the 2 brackets holding the siderails down, don't compress the weather stripping under the side rails in the middle very much.

Plus the little square weather striping on the underside of the side rails looked like it was applied by a drunk monkey and had a small rip in it from shipping. I had to carefully pull it away from the rail to try and get it straight, but still had some sections where it is showing more than others.
